This privacy policy sets out how Jackalovski Ltd. uses and protects any information that you give Jackalovski ltd. when you purchase products from us directly or through one of our trading platforms.

When you purchase something from Jackalovski Limited, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, address and email address. This personal information is legally processed by ourselves and our platform partners under the following two conditions:
• consent of the individual (That you have agreed to give us this information for the purpose of placing an order)
• contractual necessity (That we would be unable to ship an order to you without this information).

Under GDPR, consent to process your personal information must be explicit and provable. By placing an order through Jackalovski.co.uk or one of its trading platforms, you agree explicitly to allow us to process the information you choose to provide in order to process your order. The proof of this consent will be in the form of the order being placed. If you did not place an order - you can contact us at jackalovski@gmail.com and we will permanently and completely erase the personal information we hold for you.
This information is stored indefinitely, for the purpose of tax and security. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time. We may share your personal information between Jackalovski Ltd. as well as with, service providers and other contractors such as couriers and delivery companies for the sole purpose of being able to fulfil orders you place with us and to provide the services you request.

SECTION 4 - Third Party Platforms

Jackalovski products are holsted on eBay, Amazon, Etsy and Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platforms that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through eBay, Amazon, Etsy or Shopify's data storage, databases and the respective application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, the respective application stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
